That’s why our New Guest packages bundle the essentials: a thoughtful consultation, custom color or treatment, bond repair, and a beautiful finish. No guesswork. No last-minute scrambling. Just the right plan, made for you.
From your pre-visit form to your final styling touch, we keep things calm and clear. No overbooking. No rushing. Just an experience that actually feels good.

How to Book
All appointments are booked online—no phone, no receptionist, and no one answering mid-foil. We’re a small team, and when we’re with someone, we’re with them.
Once you book, you’ll get a confirmation text with a pre-visit form. It helps us get to know you before you even walk in—so we’re ready with a plan that actually fits what you want.

Totally normal. You can text us a photo of your current hair and a few inspo pics at (703) 832-0963, and we’ll recommend the best New Guest package to match.
Do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes! You can book an in-person consultation if you're unsure what service fits you best. Consults are required before extensions, Cezanne, and Liscio treatments.
My call won’t go through—are your phones down?
We don’t use a phone at the salon so we can stay present with the guests in our chairs. Just text us—we promise we’ll get back to you.
Why do you need my credit card to hold the appointment?
We ask for a card on file to reserve your spot—just like booking a hotel or reservation. It’s our way of protecting time on both sides. You won’t be charged unless there’s a late cancel or no-show (and we’ll always be clear about our policy).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We get it—life happens. We just ask for 48 hours' notice so we can offer that spot to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee, but we’ll always be upfront about it.
I want balayage but don’t see it listed.
Our menu keeps things simple, but we offer all modern highlighting techniques—including air touch, balayage, baby lights, teasylights, and more. During your consultation, we’ll choose the right one to match your goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences.
Can I wash my hair before my appointment?
In most cases—yes, please! Clean, dry hair makes it easier for us to see your natural texture and tone. But no stress if you're coming from work or just rolled out of bed. We'll take it from there.
Can I bring my kids or a friend to my appointment?
We love a good support system, but because we’re a small, calm space, we ask that you come solo—unless you're a minor and bringing a parent, or it’s been arranged ahead of time.
Can I put a tip on my credit card?
Yep! You can absolutely leave gratuity on your card. Cash is great too—but never required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Venmo plus cash. Whatever’s easiest for you.
