I want balayage. What should I book?

Choose based on the result you want, not the technique.

Balayage, foils, glossing, root blending, lowlights, and toning are techniques we may use inside your session depending on your hair, starting point, and goals.

If you want to be much lighter or brighter, choose a Full Blonding Session with Tip-Outs. If you already have blonde or bronde and just need a refresh, choose a Signature Blonde Session. If you want soft brunette dimension, choose a Dimensional Brunette Session.

If you’re unsure, schedule a Color Consultation first.

What’s included in a color session?

Every color session is customized to your hair and your goals.

All sessions include your color service, a trim, treatment support, and finished style. Depending on your hair, starting point, and goals, your colorist may customize the plan with glossing, toning, root blending, lowlights, tip-outs, or placement adjustments.

Exact details vary by session type, but the goal is always the same: soft, modern color that looks beautiful when you leave and still feels wearable weeks later.

Will my price change during my appointment?

Most color packages include the time and product needed for the session you book.

Occasionally, additional product, extra processing time, or an added step may be needed because of previous color, banding, density, resistant gray, unexpected warmth, or corrective work.

If that happens, there may be an additional charge for product and/or time. We’ll explain what’s needed before adding anything outside of your original service plan.

What if I book the wrong color session?

If your appointment is close but not perfect, we’ll adjust the plan as much as we reasonably can during your visit.

If your goal needs significantly more time than you booked, we may need to modify the result, focus on what is possible that day, or reschedule you for the correct session.

The session you choose helps us reserve the right amount of time, so when in doubt, book a Color Consultation first.

Can I go much lighter in one appointment?

Sometimes, but not always.

How light you can safely go depends on your current color, previous color history, hair condition, density, natural level, and the amount of warmth we need to work through.

If your goal is a major blonde change, platinum-level lift, color correction, gray transition, or a full reset, book a Total Transformation Session or schedule a Color Consultation first.

What is the difference between gray blending and gray coverage?

Gray coverage is for guests who want their gray fully covered with a more consistent root result.

Gray blending is softer. It helps gray grow in with less contrast by using dimension, brightness, glossing, or strategic placement.

If you want your gray completely covered, choose a Full Coverage Session or Dimensional Full Coverage Session. If you want a softer grow-out or are considering transitioning away from full coverage, schedule a Color Consultation first.

Which session should I book for gray coverage?

If full gray coverage is your priority, choose a Full Coverage Session or Dimensional Full Coverage Session.

Choose Full Coverage Session if your main goal is covering gray and refreshing your overall color.

Choose Dimensional Full Coverage Session if you want gray coverage plus brightness, softness, or dimension around the face and throughout the hair.

Do I need a consultation before booking color?

Not always.

You can book a color session directly if your goal matches one of the listed services and your hair history is fairly straightforward.

Schedule a Color Consultation first if you are unsure what to book, want a major change, have previous color or banding, want platinum-level lift, need a correction, are transitioning gray, or feel nervous about choosing the wrong appointment.

What is a Total Transformation Session?

A Total Transformation Session is for major color changes that need more time, planning, and flexibility.

This may include color corrections, gray transitions, platinum-level blonding, removing banding, shifting from dark to light, or completely changing your current color direction.

This session gives us more room to work carefully instead of forcing a big change into a smaller appointment.

Can I book color if I have extensions?

If you wear extensions, your color plan may need to be adjusted.

Coloring natural hair around extensions, refreshing extension hair, blending the two together, or planning color before new extensions can be more involved than a standard color appointment.

If you are a new guest with extensions, schedule a Color Consultation first so we can make sure the right amount of time is reserved.
